About Cody
Cody is the sweetest little man, who still has a spring in his step and much love to give. At 12 years young, Cody will bring you happiness through his inquisitive, joyful and affectionate nature.
Although he doesn't hear well, he is great with communicating how he feels about his chosen people, and he quickly falls into the routine of his home. This delightful pooch finds himself looking for a warm loving home to enjoy his retirement years, through no fault of his own, and is easily pleased with a soft bed, a full tummy, a gentle walk or just time spent with his loved ones. Cody is somewhat of a foodie so if you throw in some treats, you will win his heart forever.
Cody is great in the car and enjoys looking out the windows watching the world go by. He is also good on a lead and in the bath. Cody is quite a confident, friendly fella and loves to explore his surroundings but is also content just sitting on your lap. He is currently living with another dog but would also be fine as the only dog in the household.
Like many mature dogs Cody takes an affordable medication twice daily for his heart which is easy to administer.
Required:: covered sheltered outside space
Suitable for a home without children under 12 years and with someone home more often than not.
Medical notes
Medical: Heart murmur with ongoing medication
