About Layla
Meet Miss Layla. She is a young German Shepherd Kelpie mix dog with the most adorable nature! 🧡
Loving and cuddly puppy who is looking for a family to call her own. 👨👩👧👧
Layla is housetrained and doing really well with her walking on lead training. She has lots of energy and needs a family that can ensure she gets lots of exercise and enrichment. 🦮
She loves working on her training and picks up new commands very quickly. 🎓
Layla loves cuddles and will be a very loyal and protective companion for her new owner. 👮♂️
She gets along with other dogs but needs to ensure she is introduced properly and they do need to match her high energy and playfulness. 🐶🐶
She loves playing with kids and will make the perfect addition to a family with younger or older kids. 👨👩👧👧
Layla loves having access to inside and outside during the day so she can sun bake on the grass or cuddle up inside as she pleases. Good 5ft fencing will be best. 🌳🌞
She does well being left alone when she has doggy friends to play with. 🐶🐶
She hasn’t been tested with cats.

Adoption details
We list animals for adoption on Pet Rescue as well as on our own Animals-in-Need-Brisbane website. We talk with people who contact about an animal to see what their needs and situation are. Our emphasis is on getting the right animal for the people and the right people for the animal. If everyone's needs are met things usually work out well.
Please note all our cats are indoor cats only.
If the situation sounds good we arrange a meeting. If all goes well we let people try the animal out for a couple of weeks to ensure that everyone is happy.
We keep records of all adopters, follow up to ensure all is well and undertake to take back any animal if circumstances change.
