Lindo is a beautiful natured pup with lots of energy. She always has a grin on her face and is very friendly with people and extremely dog social. She loves playing with the resident dogs but has shown little interest in the resident rescue rabbits. She has a lovely temperament and is quite independent, happy to laze around chewing on toys. She is very quiet in the house, only barking in response to resident dogs.

Lindo has had minimal training so is still very excitable and a little jumpy. Within a few days with her carer she learned to sit and is smart and eager to please, so will benefit from training. She is excited to meet people and dogs while walking, and is confident around bikes and cars. She is currently being trained using a training collar and is progressing well. She can pull and will need continued training.

Lindo is very relaxed in the car and just lays down. She is not food oriented and shares toys. She is house-trained and uses the dog door and sleeps inside but is not crate trained.

Lindo is looking for owners that have the patience and commitment to training her. Given Lindo’s temperament, she will make a wonderful addition to any family but would best suit one with older, dog savvy children due to her energy levels.
