About Oscar
Oscar is a typical chihuahua. He loves his people. Everyone else will be judged from a safe distance and then maybe he will decide they are best friend material (read ball chucker worthy) or they will be looked at from the human's lap and probably yapped at.
A chi-experienced person would be ideal for him. He is good with cats: and currently lives with one. He Initially would bark at her but mostly ignores her now. Will be ok with a slow introduction and a sassy type of cat, who can call his bluff.
He is good with other dogs: he was raised with other dogs but can be anxious around them so best to be a solo dog. Best in a home without kids as he can be snappy. He can use a dog door and a crate or pen when he isn’t being supervised.
He is being rehomed as his previous owner thinks he really needs a quieter, calmer home as a solo dog. He also needs an understanding person who understands that he won't want to meet visitors or the neighbour's kids. He is a shy little Napoleon dog!
He also loves clothes and seems to feel pretty happy getting dressed up and admired. He also loves his sunnies and being carried around on outings.
Loves fetch. Loves fetch a lot!
Medical notes
Oscar is desexed, microchipped and up to date with vaccinations and parasite control.
He is in perfect health.
