Meet Ripple, an adorable 8-month-old miniature dachshund who is on the lookout for a loving new home. This delightful little guy is as charming as they come, with a quiet and relaxed demeanor that makes him the perfect companion for those who appreciate a more laid-back lifestyle. At just 6kgs, Ripple is a pocket-sized bundle of joy, ready to fill your days with warmth and affection.
Ripple may not be a fan of long walks, but he more than makes up for it with his friendly nature and love for other dogs. Having Ripple in your life means you'll have a gentle and sweet-tempered pup who's just as happy cuddling on the couch or napping on a soft blanket.
With other dogs, Ripple is perfectly content and eager to form lasting bonds. His adaptability makes it possible for him to easily integrate into a home that already includes canine companions, enhancing the pack dynamic with his easygoing personality.
Ripple is all set for his next adventure having been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and wormed. He is child-friendly, making him a great addition to families with little ones. Although he has not been tested with cats yet, his gentle disposition suggests he may adapt well with careful introductions.
To ensure Ripple's safety, a secure fence will be necessary, providing him with a safe space to explore within his own environment. Currently located in Kenmore, Ripple is excited to meet his new family.
If you're ready to welcome Ripple into your home, you'll be delighted by the love and companionship this little dachshund brings. With an adoption fee of $895, you can take the first step toward adding this sweet and serene pup to your family. Ripple is eager to meet his new family and find a place where he feels truly at home.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee. This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
The adoption process is as follows
✅Everyone that lives in the home will meet the dog with the carer
✅We ask everyone go home again and discuss and think about overnight and contact us the next day
✅This also gives the carer a chance to think about suitability
✅Then if everyone agrees we then require a home inspection, or at least photos of the home yard and fences.
✅Then the adoption fee is paid and once that clears our account you are free to arrange with the carer to collect
✅The adoption paperwork comes out in 14 days in which time you are required to register and change chip over
