NOTE: You are unable to meet Vanilli until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Vanilli in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

What I need in my new home:
· Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
· To be allowed inside with my family
· While I like other dogs, I would prefer to have a home without any other dogs as I can get a bit jealous if I am not getting all the attention
· Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
· Lots of toys and mental stimulation
· A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
· Lots of love and attention
· As I arrived at the shelter as a stray, it is unknown if I have ever lived with children or any other animals previously.
· While at the shelter, I happily sat and watched the cats one day so a quiet, dog savy cat may be ok with a slow introduction

Things that I don't want in my new home:
· To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
· Not to be allowed inside with my family
· Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
· The elderly – I tend to get under foot a lot and don’t want to accidentally trip anyone over
· Rabbits, guinea pigs and livestock

My best features:
· I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
· I walk well on lead but a harness would be better suited to keep me safe
· Happy to hang out with other friendly dogs
· I LOVE toys
· Well mannered
· Love to snooze on the couch

Where I need to improve / Training required:
· I am very quick and can be pushy at doors. I do stop when told ‘no’ but more training is required.
