About Lucy - Located in Templestowe
Meet Lucy, a sweet and playful kitten in search of her forever home! Born on a farm, Lucy has adapted well to the comforts of home life, enjoying regular meals, cozy beds, toys, and air conditioning. While she may be a bit shy at first, once Lucy feels comfortable, she quickly becomes the life of the party and loves being the center of attention.
A true Domestic Goddess, Lucy enjoys helping around the house—whether it’s folding laundry, making the bed, or sitting directly in the way of the vacuum as she supervises. She’s also quite the little snoop; if a drawer is open, you can bet she’ll be inspecting its contents!
Lucy currently lives happily with her brother Leon (who is also available for adoption) and another foster cat. She can be slow to warm up to new pets, so a gentle and patient introduction would be best. Lucy has also spent time with a human toddler and is comfortable around children, making her a great addition to a family.
If you’re looking for a loving, curious, and slightly mischievous companion, Lucy might be the perfect fit for you!

Adoption details
Before applying to meet one of our cats, please ensure that
- you have the agreement of all members of the household to adopt a Cat
- you have your landlords permission to keep a pet. More information on what to do is available at https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/housing/renting/applying-for-a-rental-property-or-room/pets-and-renting
- you have all the necessary bits and pieces to welcome your new family member, starting with a cat carrier to bring them home, a litter tray, litter, food and bowls as well as a bed, toys and scratchers
- you are ready to welcome them home NOW. We are unable to hold a cat for you if you are not ready to adopt.
