Is your life rather droll? Are your days hum drum? Do you feel like something is missing from your home?

Well, that something is me. My name is Ruby, and I am about to brighten your world! I am the happiest, funniest, and most vibrant pup you will ever meet. I can brighten the room just by entering it!

I am very, very sociable with both people and the four-legged friends in my foster home. I am quite the leader of the pack, and the other pups always follow my lead. It's not that I am headstrong, I am just the fun pup. I initiate the games and encourage everyone else to join in. Do you have a dog that needs encouragement to climb out of their bed and have some fun in their day? I would be the perfect influence on them, that's for sure!

I am very confident and can be a little bit cheeky at times. If my foster mum is too slow getting my food ready, I will give her a 'hurry up' yap to get her moving faster. If I want her to come outside and play with me, I will yip to her to make sure she knows what I want. I do get a little frustrated that she just laughs and calls me a 'chatterbox' when I talk to her, though. Do you like dogs who talk? Maybe I am actually a chatterbox... hehehe.

I may be talkative, but that shows just how clever I am. Toilet training? Easy peasy! Learning house rules? No problem! I am still mastering 'sit', but I can't be perfect at everything! I am getting the gist. I sleep all night in my pen and even keep my area perfectly clean. I told you toilet training was easy!

Oh, I almost forgot to tell you how affectionate I am. Like all pups, cuddles are the ultimate, and, in return, I promise to shower you with kisses. I am a brush coat Shar Pei, so I have the softest, most snuggly fur ever. My favourite pastime is sleeping cuddled up on a lap or wrapped tightly in your arms.
