About Ted
Ted wandered into a pet shop in tweed heads looking for food. He was starving! after a feed he was taken to the pound in case an owner was looking for him. No luck - so friends of the pound rescued him. He is staying with the owner of the pet shop and slowly putting on weight. He has had a full vet check, (blood tests showed no problems with his kidneys or liver) and been desexed. Now we need to find him a permanent home. He needs a home with no really young children. . He has shown no aggression. . He's just not that into kids. . He really bonds with one person and that's all he needs. He would probably be better with no dogs too. If there was an older dog that really just kept to itself it would be ok, but he doesn't like it when they try and play with him. Taking ted is not really about getting a life long companion - its about giving him a good quality of life for the time he has left. Because we are close to the nsw/qld border our dogs can go to either state. We do not transport dogs
