Cashmere

I am Cashmere, and ALL the humans that care for me absolutely LOVE me!

My name comes from a land of fabled beauty, eternal romance, heaven on earth - Kashmir. The region's historical significance in the cashmere trade is how my name came about.

While some may quibble about the spelling of my name, everyone agrees about me! I am tall, dark and handsome, exquisitely a catch. Just like the fine wool, I too am soft, warm and lovely. My coat is luxuriously shiny. It’s been said I glide when I walk on lead, and I am the best big boy - charming and gorgeous.

We can go on and so we will… I am confident, love to play with toys and am a delight to watch when I get the zoomies. Need convincing about my style? I can wear my ears like a ‘party hat’. They complement my eagerness for fun.

The smalls of the canine world and humankind are so-so, they aren’t really my thread. As I’m a bigger boy a family with kids over 12 could be my spin. I am better with medium sized dogs and I am at ease with like for like, I get on fine with my greyhound friends.

Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested/treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
