About Patch rsta012939
Meet Patch, a stunning young fellow with a gorgeous coat and a gentle spirit. Though initially shy and timid in new environments, this handsome guy just needs a little time and patience before showing his true personality. With patient guidance, Patch will find confidence in his surroundings and find his way into your heart.
Patch has an endearing nature and adores attention; he loves snuggling up close for cuddles and curling up on a warm lap. In his eyes, there's nothing better than a cozy afternoon in the company of his people. His affectionate side will surely shine through as he gets to know you, providing the perfect companionship for quiet moments at home.
He gets along well with respectful children, making him a wonderful addition to a family who understands his need for gentle interactions. While Patch prefers the sanctuary of indoor living, he's content to explore the cozy corners of his home, ensuring he is always nearby for comfort and companionship.
Patch would thrive in a peaceful environment where he can gradually settle in as he gets to know his new family. If you're looking for a quiet, affectionate friend who's ready to offer warmth and companionship, Patch could be the perfect match for your household.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
