Meet Amber.
Amber is a delightful feline who was initially placed into care as a kitten and subsequently adopted by a family. After six months of adoption, she was returned due to changes in her adoptive family's circumstances. Upon her return, her foster carer was welcomed by her distinctive two short burst meow, and Amber quickly readjusted to her familiar environment.
Amber is independent but enjoys receiving affection and occasionally sitting on laps. She prefers not to be physically handled extensively. She takes pleasure in playing with her toys and nestling under blankets, where she purrs contentedly and offers head bumps. It should be noted that Amber can be quite vocal, particularly around mealtimes, as she has a strong fondness for food. Additionally, she experiences some stress while traveling.
Amber possesses striking markings and an affectionate nature. Her unique personality becomes evident once she is settled, quickly endearing her to those who meet her. While she interacts well with her foster carer's adult cats, she tends to dominate one of them. She may initially hiss at kittens but remains non-confrontational.
Amber would do quite well as the only cat or with a relaxed feline friend as an indoor only cat.
