About Toffee, the cat friendly greyhound
If you are interested in Toffee, or any of our Greyhounds, we require you to fill in our application form - https://forms.gle/kpSn4PdsS2Uc7gDt6
Introducing Toffee, the beautiful and gentle greyhound with a heart full of love and an impressive knack for making friends with cats! Toffee is genuinely adaptable and will thrive equally well in an apartment or a house. She has a commendable sense of independence, as she manages to remain calm and content when left alone for a few hours. During those times, she rests easily until it's time for a good cuddle or a romp in the park.
Toffee has a soft spot for toys, and playtime is one of her favourite activities, making her a joyful presence for both kids and adults. She is proof that greyhounds, with their sleek and graceful bodies, are excellent family pets. While she's great with other dogs, she enthusiastically seeks friendship and is learning to express herself in calmer ways. With time and understanding, she’s making wonderful progress!
Her lead manners are impressive, though she may get a bit excited when meeting new canine companions. Perfectly untroubled by the hustle and bustle of city life, Toffee embraces her environment without fear of loud noises or busy streets.
For those who are seasoned dog owners or new to the world of canine companionship, Toffee will be a reliable friend. Her slight tendency to guard her meals (from other animals) is far outweighed by her calm and relaxed nature when home alone, as well as her impeccable toileting habits.
Overall, Toffee would be an ideal pet for a family looking for a loving, playful, and cat-friendly dog with lots of affection to give. If you have room in your heart and home, Toffee would make a delightful addition to your family.
At Homeward Bound Hounds, we pride ourselves on matching the right dog to the right family. We need to know more about you and your home to find the best possible match.
