Maddy

Maddy is a sweet, shy, and sensitive little lady who needs some time to feel comfortable with new people. Once she trusts you, she becomes very affectionate, loving to curl up in your lap for cuddles and share little kisses. Maddy previously lived with a cat and often thinks of herself more as a cat than a dog, with a gentle and independent nature. She would do best in a home with calm, gentle kids, and a meeting at the time of adoption is recommended to ensure the right fit. Maddy can be a bit reserved around other dogs, so she would thrive with a calmer, quieter doggy companion rather than a boisterous one. With patience and understanding, Maddy will make a loving, loyal companion.
