About Zoe
Hi I’m Zoe and I’m 5 years old. I’ve been staying with foster mum and dad and a couple of foster siblings for a couple of months now and am ready to find my new family.
I’m a very quiet, shy girl who takes a while to warm up to anyone new but if you give me pats you’re almost there.
I like my walks and am very good on the lead, love drives in the car and happily go anywhere my humans want to go especially to cafes and that wonderful place, Bunnings.
I like my own company but am ok with my foster siblings so as long as I have a calm, chilled out small dog for company I won’t get too stressed if you have to leave me.
My favourite thing to do, apart from eat, is just to sit with my human, I can do that happily all day and don’t really feel the need to play with toys or other dogs. Oh and I love to sleep on the human’s bed at night in my cuddlesac.
If I’m unsure of someone or I feel they are in my space I cry out to let them know I’m here as I’m such a little thing.
Apparently I have lots of little quirks and my foster mum and dad will fill my new family in on these.
I will need someone who’s home most of the time and is prepared to give me the time and space and lots of patience I will need to settle in and I am trying my best to use the toilet outside but sometimes I forget. I really don’t like grass or getting my feet wet so if you have an alternative area like a deck that would be great. I can use pee pads and artificial grass mats as well.
Note from Foster Mum: Zoe is a darling little girl who should have been a cat as all she really wants to do is sit with her chosen person and get pats. She will need someone who can continue her toilet training and have lots of patience. She should be fine with another quiet, laid back small dog or maybe even a cat for company and will definitely not suit someone who spends most of the day away from home
Medical notes
Five year old Zoe is desexed and microchip. She is up-to-date with vaccinations as well as flea, tick, intestinal worm and heartworm prevention.
Zoe has recently had a dental scale and polish and needed no extractions.
She has had a full health check including bloods and is in good health .
