Hello, my name is Azura. I was found all alone and scared, wandering the streets, until a kind stranger rescued me and brought me to the RSPCA. Here, I was given the care and time I needed to feel safe and start showing my true self—a sweet cat who’s really just looking for love.

I’m now searching for a home where I can feel safe, secure, and truly loved. I’ll need a little time to get used to my new surroundings, but once I settle in, you’ll see how well-mannered and affectionate I really am. Something that really helps me feel comfortable is having plenty of places to hide, so I can retreat and feel safe if I ever get overwhelmed. I do have a few special needs. Sometimes I can seem a bit conflicted, especially when I’m faced with unfamiliar smells and noises, so I’ll need a patient and understanding family who can respect my boundaries. I’ve spent time surviving on the streets, which means I’m naturally a bit cautious and can be startled at times. Right now, I’m not completely comfortable with being picked up, so I’d really appreciate it if you could keep that in mind when we interact. If you think you can give me the secure and loving home I need to truly blossom, please request a meet and greet. I promise, you won’t regret it.
