About Sway
Meet Sway, a 7-week-old kelpie x border collie girl who is full of life and joy, and loves people.
This fearless girl is switched on and has heaps of drive. She’s adventurous and always the first one to explore new places without a worry in the world. And she (along with her brother Quiver) is usually the last one to come back inside at nap time!
Sway is intelligent and engaged, and would make an amazing partner for someone looking to do advanced training, running or fun activities like agility or hobby herding.
When she’s not exploring remote parts of the yard, Sway loves to play with her siblings, and can usually be found doing her very best to get the older dogs to take notice of her.
And when all of that is done (and only then!), she loves a smooch, especially belly rubs!
Sway is coming along with her toilet training – though she is a baby and will need continued guidance to fully toilet train.
Sway will be an energetic dog who will need plenty of mental and physical stimulation – a walk a day won’t be enough for this girl. She is looking for an active family who will make the most of her smarts and drive, allow her inside as part of the family, and include her in all their adventures.
She would love a home with another doggie pal, preferably 18 months or older, who is well behaved and will set a good example for her to follow.
Her new family must be committed to continuing her exposure to the world and ongoing training to make sure she develops into a well-adjusted dog.
If you think Sway might be the best mate you’ve been searching for, send us an application with some details about the life you can offer her.
Sway is located in the ACT.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
