my name is milis and i am a 9(ish) month old female ridgeback x. . My foster family took me on without a name and it didn't take long for my beautiful personality to show true. . I really like my new name. . It is gaelic for sweet and i have grown accustomed to it already. I have lots of energy and love to play fetch and tug of war with my foster family. . I heel very well. . I already know how to sit on command and my foster family is teaching drop and stay. . I respond very well to positive reinforcement training. I do cry just a little of a night time when i am left outside but it does not take me long at all to settle down and fall asleep. . I have just started spending the night in the garage to keep me warm and so far no accidents. . I would definitely love to be an indoor/outdoor dog so i can be with my family. I would love for my permanent family to have the time to take for a daily walk and have time to play and continue my training. . I am good with kids and cats and although my foster family have not seen it yet i am sure to get on with other dogs too. . I am a very friendly and social dog.
