Urgent Foster Care Needed

Our friend here was surrendered to the pound because the owner had no time for a young dog so there he sits and waits hoping to be saved. He does not have alot of time. He is extremely friendly and very obedient. Easy to train and a delight in any family however, we would prefer he be fostered with people who can give him lots of love and attention.
