Introducing HD2993 Ranger!
Ranger may have a strong name, but he’s a big softie at heart!
He absolutely loves being around women and children, making him a great companion for a family.
He can be a little wary around men and will need patience and gentle reassurance to build trust.
This smart boy knows how to walk on a leash and will come when called.
He feels much safer indoors, and if he’s outside, he may try to make his way back in through the front door—he just wants to be close to his people in a warm, loving home!
Ranger is very playful - his favourite game is chasy. He just wants to be around people all the time, which can make him a bit cheeky in areas he's not supposed to be in (like the kitchen).
He loves cuddling on the couch and going on walks.
He is currently going through a chewing phase, so plenty of toys and moving valuables up high for the time being.
He's OBSESSED with socks and hair scrunchies (not for chewing, just hoarding them in his bed like a goblin), so keep an eye out!
Ranger is a medium-to-large dog, and has a bit of filling out left to do. We don't know his breed mix but at a guess there's probably some ridgeback and some staffy in there.
Ranger has lived with other dogs and young children, but unsure yet about cats or other animals.
