The beautiful girl let me visit her small, wet, cold cell in the pound with grace and ease. She didn't jump, bark or show any aggression. She sat when told. But she didn't wag her tail and looked extremely miserable. She needs someone to help get her out and provide a safe, warm and loving foster home.
