Urgent Foster Care Needed

This little man is quiet, affectionate and doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body. He would make a great family dog. When i was in the pound all he wanted to do was have a pat and seemed so miserable stuck in his cell. Despite this he put on a brave face and gave me a smile and a wagging tail.
