About Tilly
Tilly has been with her foster carer now for 11 weeks and her true personality is starting to show. When tilly was rescued from a vic pound it was obvious this sweet girl had been neglected and deprived of cuddles, love and basic skills to interact with both people and other dogs. This little girl has required some extra special tlc but we believe she is now ready for her forever home. Tilly is in perfect health. Tilly has thrived in her foster home with her biggest achievement being learning to trust again. She is a quirky, playful, loyal, smart and responsive girl, learning basic commands such as, sit, stay, leave it and drop very quickly. She loves food and treats and is eager to please making any behavioural training a breeze, though consistency is key. She is great on lead and is becoming a confident car traveller. Tilly is devoted to her foster carer and is happiest when she is with you. Tilly would be a great couch and walking companion. She is affectionate, loves kisses and cuddles and is even learning to enjoy a belly rub from time to time. Tilly would be best suited in a quiet, calm environment. A person with prior doggy experience is preferred as she needs a patient, loving, kind but firm person to continue with ongoing training. Tilly will need some help as she is introduced to new people, situations and environments as she can become nervous and anxious. Tilly likes the idea of having you all to herself and would be happy to be an only dog. She would be best suited to a home without cats but with a person who is not away for long hours at a time. Tilly will be a loyal, loving companion for life. If you think you can provide tilly with the loving home she deserves, we want to hear from you
