Meet Coco, aka “Coco Pop!”
I’m a lively and loving Jack Russell Terrier who has a knack for
stealing hearts — just ask my foster dad! He’s got a soft spot for me
and even calls me “Coco Pop” because I’ve popped right into his heart.
❤️
I’m a small but spirited bundle of joy who adores my daily walks, but I
also have a softer side. I’m a total lap dog and will happily snuggle up
with you whenever I can. I’m full of energy, but I know when to wind
down and just enjoy some cuddle time with my humans.
I’m a social butterfly and love everyone I meet. Whether it’s playing
with toys, munching on tasty treats, or simply enjoying life, I’m always
up for a good time. I’ve even lived with chickens and couldn’t care less
about them — I’m a well-rounded gal!
My foster mum says I’m a real beauty with a heart of gold. As a Jack
Russell, I’m clever, curious, and full of personality — I’m the perfect
addition to any family. I mastered the doggy door in record time, and
I’m currently perfecting some basic skills to make me even more awesome.
Travelling in the car isn't so enjoyable for me and I do become a bit anxious.
Maybe in time I will get used to being in the car.
I currently live with a senior dog, and I absolutely love spending time
playing with him. I'm happy to share my home with another dog, or I
could be the only pup and enjoy my days showering love on my new human
family! I’m perfectly content being alone for short periods, but
honestly, I’d much rather be by your side, whether we’re gardening
together or I’m just keeping you company while you work from home.
I can’t wait to meet you and share all my love!
Coco’s intelligence is truly something to behold, and with the right
training, she’ll transform her natural curiosity into a powerhouse of
positive learning. Jack Russell’s are renowned for their sharp minds,
and Coco is no exception — with a little guidance, she’s sure to dazzle
you with her quick learning and eager-to-please attitude.
Whether you’re seeking a playful companion, a cozy cuddle buddy, or a
loyal partner for everyday adventures, Coco has all the traits that make
her the perfect new family member. She’s ready to bring boundless joy,
laughter, and love into your home. If you're looking for a lively,
affectionate pet to share your life with, Coco is the one who will fill
your days with happiness.

All our dogs are desexed, C5 vaccinated with intranasal, microchipped,
wormed, and flea treated. All necessary vetwork such as dentals,
surgery, eye treatment are also carried out. We are no longer heartworm
testing as we have not had one positive test since we began in 2006. If
a dog comes to us on heartworm treatment this is continued.

No known pre-existing conditions. Weight: 5kg.
Adoption details
We are a community fostercare network, not a shelter, and our dogs and cats are cared for in private homes. Note that we are very careful where we rehome our dogs and cats and we have an intensive process. If you want a quick turnaround we are not the group for you. If you seem like a good match for the dog of your choice we will organise a telephone chat, a meet and greet and a property check. We offer free assistance for six weeks for any issues, a lifetime takeback policy with full refund of the adoption fee, and will always be available to offer advice.
We care for our dogs and cats and we want you to as well. We know that genuine applicants have no trouble with this process and understand that if we refuse you a dog or cat, it is because you are not the best match for that pet.
Our commitment to the dogs and cats in our care is total and we treat each one as if we are passing on a family pet. This may not suit you so we point out that there are equally great dogs and cats available in pounds, shelters and with other rescue groups.

Please note that we do not take/make telephone calls prior to receiving an application.
Commonly asked questions and their answers are provided when you email us. Unfortunately we usually will not have time to reply to enquiries in more detail and will give priority to completed applications over enquiries. Priority will also be given to typed applications which are easier for us to read and to copy relevant parts.
We look forward to receiving your application.
