Murphy is a 2-year-old German Shepherd x Great Dane who’s as loyal as they come. Though he’s a little nervous at first, with patience and the right guidance, he will show you just how loving and devoted he truly is. His sensitivity and sweet nature make him a wonderful companion for someone looking to offer a calm, nurturing environment.

This handsome boy is in need of a family who can help him build confidence and offer plenty of positive enrichment and exposure. Murphy thrives on gentle encouragement and is eager to please once he feels secure in his surroundings. He may take a little time to warm up, but once he trusts you, he’ll be your most loyal friend, always by your side. He'll also let you give him a butt scratch which he loves!

Murphy is looking for a home where he can feel safe, supported, and loved. He would benefit from an experienced dog owner who can provide the patience and consistency he needs to flourish. He enjoys chicken necks and gentle playtime and would love a family that will give him the time and space to come out of his shell.

Even though he's lived with another dog before, – a meet a greet is required if you have other dogs in the household to ensure all dogs are comfortable with each other.

His adoption fee is $450, which includes microchipping, up-to-date vaccinations, desexing, flea & worm treatment, and lifetime registration.
