Hello my name is Sawyer, first time I have ever had a name, so it's pretty cool!
Nature
I was living in a backyard when the Angels rescued me so I'm still getting used to living with hoomans. I love to play and love other kitties. I do like a pat but, at the moment I won't come to you for pats. I have made a lot of progress since coming into care, getting closer to my Foster Mumma every day.
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I live with other kittys so a fur-sibling is a must. A friendly sibling can help me learn and trust hoomans more. I would be more suited to older children who understand that I need time to come out of my shell. I haven't met any pooches yet but with slow introductions I'm sure we would be the best of friends.
Likes / Dislikes
I love my food, all of it and any time you want to give me it. Making up for lost time my Foster Mumma says. I love to play, with my siblings, toys, balls, anything that moves really. I also like it when my Foster Mumma plays with the wand toys too.
I am still getting to know humans and I like them, I just don't love them yet. With time and love, I'm sure I'll be your purr-fect family member.
My PURR-fect home would be a place with lots of love and play. A family that would give me time to adjust and allow me to gain my confidence and trust would be fabulous. I would love a big comfy bed to stretch my legs once I'm worn out with play. A kitty friend would be purr-fect company for me.
Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
