About Oreo
Oreo is a gorgeous sweet little girl who is happy to play with her siblings, but also enjoys some quiet time by herself.
She's very happy to be around the humans of the house, and loves playing with the resident 13 year old and any friends he might bring over. She loves chasing anything shiny and loves climbing up the cat tower to take a look at what's going on.
She loves hanging out with the family dogs and can often be found curled up with her family poodle. If you have a dog who needs some cat company, she's your girl!
She loves watching TV with the family, and can't believe they've found more humans that are willing to be on the new season of Married At First Sight. It makes her wonder if humans really are as clever as they keep saying they are!
She mostly wants a home where the humans will give her lots of love. Could that be your home?

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
