About Dash
Please meet Dash!
After finding himself homeless and living on the streets for a few weeks, Dash is ready to find a family who will take better care of him.
Becoming quite the celebrity on the lost pet and community pages, nobody seemed to recognise or own him and eventually, someone took him to the vet to have him checked for a microchip.
Unfortunately, despite it being a legal requirement that all pets are microchipped before rehoming, Dash did not have one and the person who found him took him home again to avoid him going to the pound.
As the days ticked over, despite the continued advertising, nobody knew where Dash had come from and we were contacted for help.
Dash is a superstar. He is great with kids and very social and friendly.
We have tested Dash with cats this morning and he passed with flying colours (of course, careful introductions are required in any new environment).
Dash is a little guy, weighing just over 6kg. We believe he is a Dachshund cross (he has the short, longer body of a Dachshund) and we are all guessing where he gets his head from!
Despite him looking quite serious in photos, Dash is a happy guy. He loves toys and balls (he is still learning to bring the ball back though lol).
Dash needs good fences, and he would love someone home more often than not. He is a loving, fun, social little guy and he will thrive in a loving home.
