About Latch
**** To apply for Latch, please visit our website at www.animalrescue.org.au to complete an Adoption Enquiry Form ****
Meet Latch, an endearing 2-year-old Moodle with a gentle soul and a burgeoning zest for life. Having had a sheltered start to his life, Latch is now embracing his newfound freedom and learning about the world around him one step at a time. His journey of exploration has revealed his love for the garden and the wonders of the great outdoors.
Latch particularly enjoys running and walks, reveling in the sights and scents he discovers along the way. An amiable companion, he shares his joy with other dogs and would be thrilled to have canine buddies join him in his outdoor escapades. Though initially reserved with humans, Latch is slowly revealing his heart to his foster carers, showing signs of blossoming trust and curiosity.
Indoors, he is a well-behaved young dog and is toilet trained. He has made progress with his confidence, especially outside, and he is beginning to ease into his new lifestyle. As Latch continues to settle in, a serene and supportive home will enable him to flourish and reveal his charming personality.
If you have a love for the outdoors and a patient heart, Latch might be the perfect match for you. Together, you can explore the world and cultivate a bond filled with trust, affection, and shared adventures.
Latch's ideal home:
- active person/s
- understanding of Latch's need to learn trust slowly
- another gentle dog in the home would be nice but not essential
- he is still learning some basics of living inside with a family - so his new family will need the patience and skills to help Latch to become his best self
- he will need access to inside and outside, and he needs to sleep inside
