About Julie
We like big butts and we can not lie - Hence when Julie came into care at BARC we instantly fell in love.
This gorgeous chunky Aussie Bulldog is now ready for adoption and ticks all the criteria for those looking to add a bulldog to their lives.
She is full of love
She is super loyal
She is fit and active - despite her appearance.
She is super dog social and loves meeting others.
She listens very very well, but acting on your requests is entirely her prerogative.
She snorts and snores like a mule
She will fill your life with joy
Julie would love a home with some breed knowledge and would suit any home wanting to take on a squishie faced angel and all that comes with that responsibility.
As mentioned, despite her appearance this girl is super fit and active and loves bouncing along beside you on daily walks and dog social events whilst out for a
pup-achino.
Suited to a home with other dogs and kids, Julie would make a great addition to any cartoon watching session - She could be your very own Sam from the Looney tunes cartoons.
Keen to meet with our special girl?
To book a meet and greet with this gorgeous girl Julie, please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, Inquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
