About Hunter
Hunter is a handsome quiet and gentle male with traits typical of an Irish Wolfhound.
Hunter has come from a mysterious past and like any mystery he needs to be solved.
He requires an owner knowledgeable with this breed or prepared to learn about them.
Hunter has trust issues, is quite fearful in new situations and when meeting new people.
He needs a full time, patient and understanding person to bring out his loving nature.
He would certainly not be comfortable with a busy working family with young children.
Hunter would best suit a mature or retired owner or couple with time to spend with him.
He walks very well on a leash (no pulling) and he is relaxed and interested in other dogs.
Another canine companion may assist in helping him to settle, gain confidence and play.
Hunter is an intelligent alert hound and would be a loyal companion for the right person.
(Please note that Hunter may require some professional guidance due to past trauma)
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
