About Pasha
Pasha is a gentle and loving companion cat with a lot of potential to bring joy to the right home. She may be a little shy at first, as adjusting to new surroundings can be daunting for any pet. However, the fact that she becomes more relaxed once she feels comfortable speaks volumes about her adaptability and resilience.
Describing Pasha as suited to a quiet home as the only pet. Friends of the Pound would like to attract the right adopters who can provide Pasha with the love, patience, and understanding she needs to thrive. With the right match, Pasha is sure to blossom into a cherished member of her new family.
Interested in meeting Pasha? Please come to 17/39-41 Corporation Circuit, Tweed Heads South. We are open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 3pm.

Adoption details
If there is a cat/dog you would be interested in adopting that you have seen online or met at our Adoption Centres, you will need to fill out an Expression of interest. You can do this at the Centres or online at: https://friendsofthepound.com/adoption-expression-of-interest/
We only adopt out cats and dogs to locations that are within 2 hours driving distance.
If you are a homeowner, we need a copy of your Rates Notice. If you have a Body Corp, we need their written permission that cat/dog ownership is allowed.
If you are in a rental we need written permission from the Home owner/Letting Agent. The letter needs to be dated within the last week and state the property address, the name of the Occupant (adopter-to-be) and how long you have been at the property.
We cannot accept deposits and no hold can be put on a cat/dog.
All adoptions need to be approved by our Cat, Kitten or Dog Coordinators or Management so you might not be able to adopt the cat or dog at the time you meet them.
We aim to match the cats/dogs with the most suitable owner and home environment. Our goal is to have the cats and dogs go to a home where they can spend their entire lives, which could be up to 20 years or more for a kitten, and 15-20 years for a puppy.
