About Rosie
Rosie is a playful and active young cat who thrives in the company of other cats. This is a must for her new home! She's most confident and outgoing around her feline friends, happily rubbing against them, snuggling in close, and following them wherever they go. When she's with another social and friendly cat, her personality shines, revealing a sweet and submissive side. While she's still building trust with humans, she isn't hissy and has started to form bonds with her foster carers. Rosie's ideal home would include a patient, experienced cat owner who understands timid cats and at least one other social cat to help her feel secure and at ease.
Rosie's energy peaks at dawn and dusk, but she spends much of her day napping or lounging in her favorite high-up spots, like the windowsill or her giant cat tree. She adores her soft toys for bunny kicking and might even steal a towel or piece of clothing left on the floor to practice her moves. Rosie has a soft spot for a cozy room she can call her own, which she'll retreat to whenever she feels nervous or overwhelmed. Her daily routine is simple-breakfast at 8 am, dinner at 5 pm, and supervised exploration of the house, where she enjoys the rocking chair in the noisy room or soaking up the sun in the back sunroom.
This vocal girl is a foodie and will happily eat just about anything, with a special love for Dine treats. She prefers to be petted when she's comfortable and relaxed, especially at the base of her tail, but only on her terms-respect her boundaries, and you'll earn her trust over time. Rosie would do best in a calm, dog-free home without children, where she can gradually settle in and build her confidence with a supportive human and plenty of feline companionship.
Note: This cat is currently being cared for in a home and when adopted, it will free up a spot to help another cat.
