About Gage
Gage is a fun loving puppy who loves to be a part of your family!
He loves to investigate the yard and find all the sticks he can pick up or to attack any leaves on the ground. He doesn't like going out in the rain but will tolerate a bath. When sitting on the couch Gage is happy to be curled up at your feet or a good snuggle with you if you allow him on the couch.
Gage knows the word "No" and sits on command. He is starting to learn "lay down" and walking nicely on a lead. He is very smart and curious. We have introduced him to cats but would need to take it slow as he is very excited to see them. We are working on toilet training and Gage is getting better each day. Gage would benefit from a strong leader that has time to train him.
Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I’d like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I’ve learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I’ll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me “no” if I’m chewing something I shouldn’t and give me a chew toy instead. I’d love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don’t get bored with them.
I CAN FLY TO PERTH!
