ADORABLE BOY!
- This little black gem is a character! He is intelligent, fun, cuddly and energetic.
- He was named Occy as he has a tail like an octopus tentacle and a love for water. He will quite happily sit on the edge of your shower getting splashed or hang out and enjoy playing near you while you water the garden.
- Occy is very active and would suit a family with children or other animals. He has grown up with several mature cats and two dogs. He loves all the activity that goes on around him. He’s not scared of much and will investigate most new things including visitors. No hiding under the bed for this little munchkin.
- He loves people and will join you on the sofa in the evening for a very smoochy cuddle (he loves beards and long hair.)
- He’s absolutely adorable!
NOTE: Occy has had his 2 vaccinations and is to be desexed and microchipped at the age of 6 months. These procedures are to be done at a SAFE approved vet clinic in Busselton, Vasse, Bunbury or Perth and are included in the adoption fee.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.
The adoption fee includes desexing, vaccinations, microchip (including transfer of ownership), flea and worm treatment and vet check.
SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. Information on cat enclosures can be found here: https://safe.org.au/catios
SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
