This amazing boy will quickly become the love of your life. Kai is lovable and extremely well mannered. He will greet you with a great big smile and a wagging tail.
Kai is a stunning Young Toy Poodle pup at just over 12 months old who has a beautiful Golden colored coat and a very calm and gentle temperament for such a young boy.
He is definitely an indoor boy who has adjusted well to crate sleeping which is great as he is still working on his toilet training and this is going well too but will require more support.
Kai has met multiple little K9 friends and has shown to be a polite and gentle boy who is well mannered around them .
He is in care with multiple dog savvy cats and has no problems sharing his residence either and as for kids ….. ADORES THEM !
Favourite Things
Kai prefers to be an inside dog chilling on the couch snuggling with his hoomans. Kai also enjoys the outdoors exploring his surroundings and basking in the sunny weather or laying in outdoor dog bed under shade. Kai enjoys a good gentle brush. He will often let you know by waiting at the back door to go outside when he needs to go to the toilet. and has a certain spot in the backyard he likes to use but as we said he is still working on his toilet training .
Kai loves his hoomans and will follow his favourite hooman around . When visitors come to the home Kai is very excited to greet them with a big smile and a wag of his tail and jump around excitedly. Kai is very chilled and relaxed in his environment. Kai will seek out a gentle pat from visitors and especially loves when shown attention and when visitors leave Kai will follow them to the door to say goodbye and receive another pat.
Kai enjoys daily walks and walks extremely well on the lead. He gets excited for his daily walk and loves to explore his neighborhood. When in the car Kai settles well and often drifts off to sleep. He is good at travelling in the car.
When left home alone Kai will usually keep himself entertained playing with a toy or sleeping awaiting his hooman return.
Kai has been very well behaved during his professional grooming sessions and has 2 since his arrival into care. He also enjoys a weekly brush and will sit patiently while you pamper him .
Kai is very chilled and relaxed. He enjoys snuggling up on the couch next to his favourite hooman. Wherever his favourite hooman walks inside the home Kai will happily follow.
Kai's favourite spot to chill is on his place on the couch watching TV or snuggled with his hooman.. He's a lover of soft toys and will play for hours with his favorites. Although sometimes the legs go missing lol

Adoption Criteria:
Please be mindful Kai is only a 1 year old dog and the average lifespan of a Toy Poodle is 13-16 years and we are seeking a permanent home for him for the rest of her life
Kai would love another little dog friend who is gentle but loves a play as well but we would be seeking a gentle well socialised friend of similar size.
A home with a secure yard that is safe, with grass, shade, and shelter, but he prefers being inside and he is a small breed so must be allowed inside
A home with cats is fine
Kai would love a home where his family is home more often than not
A home that will continue his ongoing training .
If there are children in the home, they should be dog savvy and love little dogs and MUST be calm and gentle and have dog experience
A home that will love and cherish our sweet prince for the rest of his life.
