Hello! My name is Ian and I’m so pleased to meet you! I am probably the prettiest little kitten you’ll ever met, or at least that’s what my Foster Mum tells me every day.

Now, about me – you won’t believe it, but I started out life as the littlest of a litter of 6! My mama did such a good job looking after all of us, we’ve all grown up big and strong. I’ve grown so much that I’m bigger than some of my chunky brothers now!

My nature is a combination of playful, curious and inquisitive – I love a bit of kitten mischief, but I can be a little shy with new people until I feel comfortable. Don’t let that put you off, once I trust you, I will be the most loyal little friend you could find.

My favourite treats are some chicken mince, or shredded boiled chicken – we’ll become fast friends if I know you are a source of that delicious goodness.

I had some very boisterous brothers and I was used to following their lead. Some of them have been adopted recently though, and now that I’ve been given my place in the spotlight, and I sure have learned to shine brightly!

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I’ve always lived with lots of cats and love to play with my siblings and the resident cats in my foster home.

I’ve met a few older children, as long as they are gentle with me and are willing to play with me, I’m sure we could be best buds in no time.

I haven’t met any doggo friends yet - that might scare me! But I am young and adaptable so with appropriate slow introductions I’ll do my best.

Likes / Dislikes
I love to play, play and more play! I love wand toys or any toys that mean I get to interact with you or another feline friend. I absolutely love my food and I use my litter box like a star.

I don’t have many dislikes, I am not overly startled by noise and love to stalk the robo-vac – I’ll even watch the regular vacuum intently.

I am a very affectionate boy, I love a good lap to curl up on or some legs to lay against when you are relaxing on a couch. When we settle in for cuddles, you’ll be presented with the biggest and loudest purr you’ve ever heard!

My PURR-fect home would be one where I would get lots of love and attention. A feline friend would be perfect, as I’ve always lived with lots of cats, but if you are home more often than not and can shower me with all the attention I need that would delightful. An indoor home would be best for me as I’ve always lived indoors – although an enclosed/shaded cat run would be paw-some!

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

If you would like to apply to adopt Ian please come and meet him at PETStock Ellenbrook this Saturday from 10am until 2pm. He will be ready to go home with the first suitable family.
