About Bay
Requirements:
Must meet all family members
Kids (any age)
Calm & quiet home
Inside only
Meet Bay,
Bay is the perfect blend of her siblings – a little playful and a little reserved and she is on the lookout for a calm and cosy home where she can blossom into the amazing kitten we know she can be!
While she might take her time to come out of her shell, once she feels comfortable, her playful side shines through! She has a keen eye for toys, and she loves exploring new textures and treats.
One of her absolute favourite things is curling up with her humans. She has a knack for finding the softest spots around the house — whether it's your lap, your shoulder, or the best spot on the couch! There’s nothing like a quiet an evening spent snuggled up together after a day of play.
Bay is semi-confident and semi-curious, and she knows that with a bit of patience and love, she can push through the last few barriers to truly shine! She is looking for a gentle soul who understands that sometimes, the best things take time. A calm environment would mean the world to her as she finds her feet and uncovers her true self.
Bay would be suitable for most homes. She would make a great mate for kids and is open to meet children of any age as long as they are understanding of her needs.
Just like all kittens, Bay would love a cat tree to climb on and scratch, and an assortment of toys to play with. She should be fed kitten food multiple times a day to ensure that she grow up big and strong. Bay is already litter trained, but it’s best to show her where the litter tray is when you get home to minimise any accidents.
If you’ve got other animals at home, that’s okay, just make sure that they have a slow & controlled introduction.

With all animals it’s important to understand that going into a new environment with new people may not be as flawless as we want it to be. It’s important to know that these animals have unknown histories. Most left in the shelter by their owners. The information we receive is from observing the animal’s behaviours & reactions to certain stimuli whilst in our care. Adopted animals can take up to 3 months to properly decompress from post-shelter life & a lot of behaviours & quirks will surface during this time. All that we ask is that their new owners have an open mind & are patient.
So please keep in touch with us after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
