Kids (any age)
Calm & quiet home

Meet Charade,
Ladies and gentlemen, allow us to introduce you to the one and only Charade - a dashing young gentleman who knows he’s got the looks to charm anyone! With his striking good looks and playful spirit, Charade is ready to steal hearts and capture the spotlight in his forever home.
This handsome boy is not just a pretty face; he’s brimming with confidence and has the personality to match! Charade is a toy connoisseur, and his absolute favourite play things are soft balls and ping pong balls. Just toss one his way, and watch him spring into action - this little athlete has some serious skills!
When Charade first arrived at ACF, he was a bit of a shy wallflower, but with the love and support of our amazing staff, his true colours have shone through. This once-timid kitten is now a curious explorer with a heart full of love. He adores his siblings and has formed special bonds with the ACF staff, proving that he’s not just a model kitten in appearance, but also in personality!
Charade is looking for a special someone - an owner who can appreciate his remarkable glow-up journey and is ready to help him feel confident in any new situations. While he has made tremendous progress, a gentle hand will be key in ensuring he continues to thrive and feel secure as he transitions into a new home.
If you’re ready to have a fun-loving sidekick who will shower you with affection and keep you entertained, Charade is your guy!
Charade would be suitable for most homes. He would make a great mate for kids and is open to meet children of any age as long as they are understanding of his needs.
Just like all kittens, Charade would love a cat tree to climb on and scratch, and an assortment of toys to play with. He should be fed kitten food multiple times a day to ensure that he grow up big and strong. Charade is already litter trained, but it’s best to show him where the litter tray is when you get home to minimise any accidents.
If you’ve got other animals at home, that’s okay, just make sure that they have a slow & controlled introduction.
Can you open your heart and home to a friendly, playful kitty like Charade?

With all animals it’s important to understand that going into a new environment with new people may not be as flawless as we want it to be. It’s important to know that these animals have unknown histories. Most left in the shelter by their owners. The information we receive is from observing the animal’s behaviours & reactions to certain stimuli whilst in our care. Adopted animals can take up to 3 months to properly decompress from post-shelter life & a lot of behaviours & quirks will surface during this time. All that we ask is that their new owners have an open mind & are patient.
So please keep in touch with us after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
