About Skylar
If you're looking for a beautiful, loving, gentle family dog - look no further than Skylar !!!!!
Skylar is a sweet little soul who thrives on the attention of her foster family and gives so much love in return. There are no limits to her kisses and tail wags !!
She has settled in well with her foster siblings which include a 7 year old girl, 2 cats and a border collie. She loves to play with the border collie but is also content to snooze the day away. Skylar pays little attention to the cats and is respectful with them when she is off leash in the house.
This amazing young girl sleeps through the night in her crate with no accidents. She is smart as a whip and will be easily trained. She's quickly learned her name (Skylar was a pound rescue) and her recall is going well but training will need to continue.
We have no doubt the 1st person to meet this special girl will instantly fall in love

Adoption details
Dogs:
(1) The first step is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ Please answer all questions and include photos of your yard and fencing.
(2) All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
(3) If the “meet and greet" is successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
(4) For successful interstate applicants, different arrangements may apply and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Cats:
If you are interested in one of our cats or kittens, please click on the green "Enquire about ...", button, tell us a bit about yourself and the home you can offer the cat, and one of our volunteers will be in touch.
