About Meggie
Meggie is 2 years old and came into care heavily pregnant which was very traumatic for her.
This sweet and shy girl has been in foster care for 5 months and is now looking for a patient, understanding home where she can truly blossom. Maggie is a bit wary of people at first, so she will need time and space to adjust—about 6 months for her to feel comfortable enough to let you stroke her. But don’t let her initial shyness fool you! Once she feels safe and secure, Maggie turns into the cuddliest, happiest cat, ready to snuggle and share her affection.
She thrives in the company of other cats, so a home with feline friends is ideal for her. If you’re looking for a gentle, low-pressure companion and are willing to give Maggie the time she needs to trust you, you’ll be rewarded with a loving, loyal friend for life.
If you are interested in adopting Meggie, please email us, send us a fb message or call us on 0404 753 227. We will help organise a meet and greet in her foster home in Woollahra.
Cat accessories such as carriers, litter trays, litter scoops, food bowls, etc. are all available for purchase at SAFE Haven, with all proceeds going into saving animals and caring for them until they find loving homes.
If Meggie is not the cat for you, please monitor our website for your perfect match!
