Hi! I’m Miles and I’m looking for a new family to call my own.

NOTE: You are unable to meet Miles until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Miles in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you. 

What I need in my new home: 
⦁ Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard 
⦁ Further training with basic doggie manners 
⦁ To be allowed inside with my family 
⦁ I like both friendly male and female dogs 
⦁ Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent) 
⦁ Lots of toys and mental stimulation 
⦁ Lots of love and attention 
⦁ No young children as when I'm excited I get very bouncy and mouthy, older children who will be involved with my training should be ok. 
⦁ Being a social and playful pupper I would love to go to doggy daycare 
⦁ I LOVE other dogs but I’m a very energetic and playful dog, so I need a doggy playmate who will match my energy levels and playfulness. 
⦁ I LOVE water and would love to have my very own clam pool to laze around in.  

Things that I don’t want in my new home: 
⦁ To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction 
⦁ Not to be allowed inside with my family 
⦁ Never to go on a walk or rides in the car 
⦁ Small children due to being mouthy & bouncy  
⦁ Cats, rabbits, guinea pigs & livestock - they are very fun to chase.

My best features:

⦁ Wiggle butt 
⦁ I love attention and having snuggles with my humans 
⦁ I know my basic doggie commands 
⦁ I walk well on lead 
⦁ Happy to hang out with other friendly dogs 
⦁ Social butterfly 
⦁ I love attention, hugs, kisses & head scratches 
⦁ Well mannered 
⦁ Love to snooze on the couch 
⦁ Exuberant & full of beans 
⦁ I LOVE the water and will splash about in my water bowl, play with the hose and swim in the basin/river 

AN ADOPTION CAN'T BE APPROVED IF YOU HAVE CANNOT COME TO THE SHELTER TO MEET MILES IN PERSON.

ANY EXISTING DOGS AT HOME MUST COME TO THE SHELTER TO MEET MILES BEFORE AN ADOPTION CAN BE APPROVED
