Meet Echo

Echo is a 3-year-old female German Shepherd with a beautiful sable coat and a heart full of love. Weighing in at 27.5kg, she’s such a sweetheart. Echo is desexed, microchipped, and up-to-date on her vaccinations, so she’s all set to find her forever home.

Personality and Temperament

Echo has a calm demeanor and is happiest lounging around the house or being part of family activities. While she’s fully housetrained and well-behaved indoors, she has a playful side that shines when she’s running around the yard. Echo is a shy girl when meeting new people or exploring unfamiliar environments, but with some pats and gentle encouragement, she warms up quickly and will become your most loyal companion.

She’s great with children of all ages and is suited to a household where she can be surrounded by love and activity. Echo has a few quirks that make her even more endearing—while she loves to chase after balls, she hasn’t quite figured out the concept of fetch just yet. Echo has lived with a cat previously and has helped foster kittens.

Training and Behavior
• Leash trained and enjoys going on walks.
• Echo can experience some separation anxiety, so she’ll do best in a home where she’s not left alone for long periods.
• Secure fences required - no farm fencing please.

Likes and Dislikes

Echo doesn’t like thunderstorms, fireworks, or hoses, so she’ll appreciate a quiet and comforting environment during these times.

Health and Care

Echo is in excellent health, with no known medical issues.

Ideal Home

Echo would thrive in a loving, active household where she can be part of the family’s daily life. A home with a yard for her to run and play would be ideal, and she’d love to have plenty of opportunities to spend time with her humans. She’s used to being around children and dogs and would make an excellent companion for families.

Echo is great with other dogs and has previously lived with Atlas another German Shepherd. Both can be adopted separately or together as they get along so well.
