Spike is a little bundle of fun who cannot wait to make your acquaintance! Spike lovesss to explore and is a very curios doggo, he would make a wonderful companion for any fun adventures!

Here at the shelter, Spike has shown us that he may like to share his new home with another doggo companion! He does get quite excited around new doggy friends, so gradual introductions are key - if you do have a dog at home, ensure they come to the shelter for a meet and greet.

Now here at the shelter, Spike is a little bit of a stressed lad. he hasn't fully opened up just yet and prefers to run around and explore as opposed to snuggle up for cuddles. We are sure after some time and reassurance, Spike will be open up and become his true self - we can't wait to see what his growth looks like in his new home! Spikes new home will need to consist of secondary school aged children or older, as he needs a family who will respect his space and not overwhelm him initially.
