Derek might start off a little reserved, but he’s the more outgoing brother & just needs a bit of time to settle in. With gentle encouragement, patience & a few tasty treats, Dezzie will be purring away before you know it!

He’s playful, curious & enjoys a good pat. While he may find a safe spot at first, he won’t stay hidden for long—his adventurous side will soon take over!

Derek is a source of comfort for his brother Alex, and while they’d love a home together, it’s not a must. He’d be happy as your one & only or alongside another friendly cat. He’s still a little unsure about dogs but could adapt to a calm, cat-savvy pup.
