Nature
Dahlia and Sutton came into care some time back after being rescued from a metro dumping site. Sutton had her kittens in care, and they were quickly adopted by their fur-ever families. Dahlia, sadly, was so fearful that she gave birth early to unviable kittens.

Having had an incredibly challenging start to their lives, these sisters are understandably still quite frightened of hoomans, and deserve nothing but the most patient, loving fur-ever family whose unwavering dedication, patience and kindness will lead to long, happy lives.

While both girls are equally beautiful in appearance with their fluffy, pretty coats, they are quite different in personality. Sutton is a very shy, timid girl who tends to freeze when approached by her Foster Mum, allowing her to be patted. On the other hand, Dahlia has clearly had to be the warrior in the family and will make her displeasure known with hissing and the showing of teeth and claws.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
The sisters are both very friendly with the other adult cats in their foster home and have often been caught out playing and frolicking during the silence of the night.

Likes / Dislikes
They make the most of the toys, towers and scratching posts in their foster home when they’re sure their Foster Mum isn’t around.

They graze on high quality dry food throughout the day and can be tempted out of hiding with yummy wet food. The sisters follow each other everywhere and are ‘joined at the paws’, so to speak.

Our PURR-fect home would be with a family that understands that they need to be inside-only, and that their new home is set up with a caboodle/secure room to work with them to acclimatise and begin their journey to rehabilitation. These girls shouldn’t ever have to find themselves on their own and without a home again.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
