Soleil - 10 Week Old Jack Russell Terrier

Soleil (pronounced Solay) means “Sun” and he is a little ray of sunshine too!

Soleil has a loving, gentle nature and an air about him that calms you and comforts you which in turn you will want to comfort him too. He will melt any heart when he locks eyes with you.

Soleil wants and need someone home often, because he is very affectionate, he loves, loves, loves to be near you and so he can spend quality time with you and get to know you. Soleil would like you to teach him manners and train him in all the thigs puppies need to know and be good at. His new family must be committed to training him properly so he can be the best little guy ever.

Soleil has a lovely balance of calm and crazy! True to his breed he is lively, clownish, playful, athletic, intelligent, fearless and very energetic. Soleil is an adventurous puppy who very much enjoys being outside investigating and digging in the gardens. He is a healthy, well balanced old soul who likes to play hard then sleep well. He can use the doggy door to go outside to the toilet and puppy pads inside of a night.

Soleil has a wash n wear smooth coat, and he will need his nails trimmed regularly.

Life expectancy up to 16 years.

Soleil in brief:

* Not tested on cats, bunnies’ birds etc

Soleil’s yard needs to be complete, ready for a puppy with permanent fixtures in place. The yard must be cleared of rubbish and choke hazards, with no small gaps in the fences or gates. Under the house must be blocked off, and no soft soil where he could dig out to escape. Please don’t underestimate the gap size a puppy can get through.

Soleil is in foster care in Cameron Park, NSW. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing. Soleil's adoption fee is $800 which includes desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
