Hades is independent and confident, with a personality that's as cool and collected as his name suggests. He's perfectly content to spend time exploring, napping in his favorite spots, or watching the world go by from a cozy perch. While he may not always seek constant attention, he enjoys the occasional petting session and will come to you when he feels like it-on his terms, of course.
A home with a calm environment would be perfect for Hades, where he can feel safe and secure in his own space while still being part of the family. Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
