Tahi is your girl!! Everyone who meets her falls in love with those soft, puppy dog eyes.

Tahi doesn't need much in life; some cuddles, love, and to follow you to the ends of the earth....you know the gist. She will make the most loyal BFF you have ever met.

Currently in a house where she is left alone during work hours, she will cope fine with most lifestyles, although she does have a doggy pal here.

Coming from an environment where she was neglected and given absolutely no love or attention, she is quite timid at first, but an absolute softy. She just wants to love and be loved.

Tahi gets along well with older primary school children, but louder and much younger kids may not suit her personality as she is not used to that and it will likely frighten her. So we are looking for a home with no children or with kids older than 8.

She loves to sleep on a comfy bed all day if you let her and loves to give gentle kisses. We think she would be ok with a similar sized dog, she has always lived with her sister. She would likely be fine with a dog savvy cat, although probably not with smaller prey animals.

She is a quiet dog who doesn't bark much at all, doesn't dig and really enjoys a sunbeam to relax in. She needs a home who is willing to train her; however due to her timid nature, walks may not be something she will enjoy to begin with.

For the first few days of her stay in foster care and in the pound prior she hid under things, but has come out of her shell in a regular home environment and in a patient and understanding home, she will continue to grow and become braver.
