About Blinky Bill
Please only apply for this greyhound if you have:
- A home with a backyard
Meet Blinky Bill (Billy)!
Billy has been an absolute delight during his time in foster care. It didn't take long for his friendly, affectionate personality to shine through—he loves coming up to us for pats and leaning in for some attention. We’ve discovered his sweet spot: he can't get enough of a good ear scratch!
While Billy is very fond of people, he’s also an independent boy who copes well with being home alone for long periods. He would be a great fit for a full-time worker as long as he gets a nice morning walk. After his walk and breakfast, you’ll find him snoozing the day away, and he’d love a little evening stroll too.
Billy enjoys the outdoors and loves basking in the sun, so you'll need to keep an eye on him with his white fur to avoid too much sun exposure. He would be happiest in a home with a large yard or smaller courtyard, and he is fully toilet trained!
Billy is an absolute joy to walk on the lead, and he’s had many positive interactions with various dog breeds during his time in foster care. He’s also great in the car, although he may need a lift if the car is too high.
Billy has shown no signs of resource guarding or sleep-startling, and he generally handles loud noises well. While he's unbothered by planes flying overhead, he was a little unsure during a recent thunderstorm.
If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who’ll greet you with a wagging tail and plenty of snuggles, look no further than Billy! He can’t wait to lean on you and curl up on the couch. His stumpy tail wag is one of the cutest things to come home to.
Billy is thriving in foster care and is so ready to find his forever home. Please put in an application to meet this gorgeous boy!
